synopsis

Passengers traveling to Arad for work in the early morning in a crowded train indulge in a communal nap; on the way back, they play cards, read newspapers or knit, while the time between the two jour-neys is summarised in a series of photographic portraits of the working environment.

biography

Florin Hornoiu (1952) has been a member of kinema ikon since its inception. He is a professional photogra-pher based in Arad and has won several awards for his photographs.
