Michael Palm

Austrian filmmaker and theorist Michael Palm (1965) studied editing and film and media studies. He has worked as an editor, sound technician, composer, and film critic, and has written numerous studies and articles in the fields of film theory, history, and aesthetics. He has been creating his own documentaries and experimental films since 2001, including Laws of Physics (2009) and Set in Motion (2012). Cinema Futures premiered at the 2016 Venice International Film Festival.
