Zbyněk Baladrán (1973) is a visual artist and curator. Since 2002, he has focused on videos. At the Ji.hlava festival, he has presented his films Dead Reckoning (2014), To Be Framed (2016), and Bezmocný zdroj veškeré moci (Powerless Source of All Power, 2018).
