When represented using 3D computer graphics, private artefacts become symbols showing home not just as a collection of iconic objects but above all as the personal stories associated with them. Through the ritual of, for instance, putting on slippers, home can be defined as an intimate private sphere that this act is meant to protect.
Adéla Kudlová (1987) is a student at FAMU’s Centre for Audiovisual Studies. Her work explores the relationship between the natural and virtual worlds inhabited by people. The Ji.hlava IDFF previously screened her films Biotop (2015) and Water Pure Azure (2016).
