A film essay shot in the streets of Istanbul and in one remarkable building, the Museum of Innocence. The museum and the film reconstruct the love story of Kemal and Füsun from a novel by Orhan Pamuk. After losing Füsun, Kemal began to collect all the things related to their relationship. Grant Gee (1964) was born in Plymouth and lives in Brighton. He also directs music videos. His films look at anarchists, rockers, and writers. Past films include Meeting People is Easy (1998) about the band Radiohead and Joy Division (2007).more about film
