Emily Wright is the Global Programming Coordinator for MUBI, a global streaming service, production company and film distributor dedicated to elevating great cinema. Prior to MUBI, she was a member of Porto/Post/Doc’s selection committee, and held positions at Open City Documentary Festival, Muestra Internacional Documental de Bogotá (MIDBO) and Sheffield Doc/Fest. Alongside her festival work, she has worked as a producer and creative consultant for short documentaries for international news outlets, such as The Atlantic, Time Magazine, The Guardian, and The New Yorker.
