Loving Inspirational Yoga: Opening Hearts

Functional movement based on developmental kinesiology, combined with functional breathing. Correct posture, functional support. Love and matters of the heart will accompany us from the morning yoga session onwards. We will lean back, open our chests, and relax to the scent of aromatic oils. 

The fee for the lesson is CZK 150 and is paid to the instructor at the beginning of the lesson.
