New Rules: How Can We Finally Reach Justice?

The current economic system produces wealth, but distributes it increasingly unevenly. Work is losing its value, differences between people are widening, and profit is rewarded more than work. Its logic is destroying the environment on which our lives depend, yet it enjoys a reputation as the best of all possible worlds. The democracy in which such a system operates is based on the principles of equality and justice, which are increasingly impossible to fulfill within the current economic order. How can we deal with this contradiction? Can the world that shapes our daily lives still be one that is just?
