Vincent Boy Kars

Dutchman Vincent Boy Kars has graduated from the St. Joost Academy of Art and Design. In his documentary films, he deals with identity, sexuality, and self-image. He likes exploring the boundaries of reality and fiction and he is interested in the impact of the digital age on daily life. His first feature-length documentary, Independent Boy (2017), was presented at the International Documentary Film Festival in Amsterdam. Drama Girl was included in the main competition at the International Film Festival Rotterdam.
