synopsis
FilmDANCE records a performance by choreographer Ann Van den Broek. The title is a play on words combining the French for “cutlets” and the author Colette, who described the world through natural determination, sense, and instinct. This film about female physicality features three dancers who, dressed and naked, perform desire, sensuality, ecstasy, calm, and quiet.
