synopsis
A documentary portrait about a young woman-filmmaker who finished MA in directing in one of the best European universities and struggles to break through her way in the film industry. An exploration of a female professional in a creative industry, which is heavily dominated by the opposite gender.
biography
Oksana Sanytska was born in Lviv, Ukraine. She was studying European Studies in Krakow, Poland and afterwards moved to Brussels, Belgium to pursue further career. Oksana was always dreaming about directing profession. She has already an experience in filmmaking by working on film sets and creating her short movies. In 2018, she has decided to study filmmaking in FAMU in Prague.
