Petr Skala is a Czech filmmaker and artist. Along with Radek Pilař, Skala is known as one of the founders of Czech video art. He has directed nearly 150 documentaries, with his work included in the 50 most important video art projects worldwide at the 1993 Deutscher Videokunstpreis in Karlsruhe.
