Dalibor, Czech hero - trees, witnesses to a millennium of history - key: I have a dream In the final part of the Young Capitalist tetralogy the director focuses on the events in the National Theatre in Prague, where against the background of rehearsals for the opera "Dalibor", directed by J.A. Pitínský, he converses with his guests in theatre boxes, on balconies, and in the backstage of the historic building that symbolises the history of national existence. This documentary opus, which, like the opera, is divided into three acts, focuses on the current political situation and the effect of globalisation on society. The rehearsals form the backbone of the film, and Smetana's opera is performed in full in a piano arrangement with arias and choirs.
