synopsis
Prague has applied for candidacy for the 2016 Olympic Games. The idea of the capital turning into the world's largest sporting venue polarizes Czech people. Some say Prague will make it. Opponents say the country is to small and too corrupt to bear such huge costs. A contribution to the debate on how the Games might affect the city's life, the documentary itself turns into a sporting venue for arguments of both sides of the issue, architects, politicians, economists and natural scientists.
