synopsis
Audiovisual work about the river edge and its surroundings in an environment modified by humans - a city. An impuls for the film was the story of river Ponávka which had been led to underground sewer-like pipes in order to prevent floods which were a result of previous dry out of ponds and straightening of its flow.
Field records and samples are layered, deformed and supplemented by electronic melodies with an attempt to achieve imaginative and non-antropomorphic perception of the imaginary narrator: the river edge.
