synopsis

This satirical film, which explores the theme of human haste, straddles the line between documentary and fiction. It captures the hectic atmosphere of the city through a series of visual metaphors, as well as visual experiments with film footage.

biography

Miroslav Čapek (1958) has been active on the Pilsen amateur film scene since the 1980s, initially within the alternative culture scene and later at the Luna club, where he collaborated with cinematographer Jan Loučím. From the 1990s onwards, he turned professional and worked as a director for newly established private television stations.
