synopsis

A chilling postcard from a catastrophic holiday, full of deranged images of conventionality, flirts with the concept of fashionable post-internet aesthetics, which, however, are harshly contrasted with violently real contents. The specific essayist form is supported with found footage from youtube and facebook and the text of an experimental stage play.

biography

Kristýna Bartošová, a documentary film student at FAMU, has made several short documentaries, such as Darkness under the Lamp (2012), a nominee for the Pavel Koutecký Award.
