biography
Zuzana Kirchnerová (* 1978) is a graduate of FAMU and the Faculty of Law at Charles University. Her bachelor's degree thesis,
Baba, was awarded first prize in the Cinéfondation student section at the 62nd Annual Cannes IFF. In recent years, she has primarily been involved in documentary filmmaking; as a director and screenwriter, she contributed to Czech Television's docuseries
Four In It (
Čtyři v tom) and
Five Brave (
Pět statečných). She is currently preparing her live-action feature debut,
Caravan.
