synopsis
FilmARCHIVE presents a collection of writings from travelogues, paintings, and reminiscences. Like archaeologists of 20th-century cinematic memory, the filmmakers recorded the last living representatives of the interwar Soviet avant-garde in St. Petersburg during the disintegration of the Soviet Union in 1989–90, thus offering a concentrated look back at this period in history.film details
