synopsis
FilmCOLONY returns to 1961, when Belgian officers helped to assassinate Congo’s Prime Minister Patrice Lumumba. Thanks to the film’s protagonist, a former high official, the film is more than a simple look at colonialism, revealing the motivations and arguments of the European elites who considered their claims to African territories to be self-evident.more about film
