synopsis
An intermittent narrative about the fates of several characters - a man goofing off, a studio photog-rapher and his model, a posing woman, and a dog chasing its tail - is accompanied by a radio an-nouncement of the exact time, as if the time determines whether we distill the individual fragments into a unified story. And the clue? Don’t get eaten by mosquitoes.

Romulus Budiu (1952
–1996) was a member of the experimental film collective kinema ikon in the 1970s, in which he made three films. kinema ikon originally functioned as a film club where Arad stu-dents attended screenings of films by Tarkovsky, Antonioni, Resnais, and Coppola.
