Ghosts Before Breakfast
Hans Richter / Germany / 1928 / Czech Premiere / 10 min.
synopsis
A legendary film from the interwar avantgarde period is an ultimate showcase of experimental methods ranging from the reverse camera motion and time-lapse recording through work with negative images and strange camera angles to methods of animation. In variously distorted symmetries a house, a tree, weapons, men and hats show up.
