SJ. Ramir

New Zealand director SJ Ramir (1971) began as a photographer and filmmaker, but has recently focused on working with the digital image. His films often depict the landscape (both real and as 3D models), and his central theme is the road, bot physical and metaphysical. He also experiments with custom-made camera filters. In the past, the Jihlava IDFF has shown his films Our Voice Are Mute (2008) and Cold Clay, Emptiness (2010).
