synopsis

The fight against terrorism, secret operations, spying – within the context of the State of Israel, all these terms take on special meaning. Their contradictory and incomprehensible character is presented in interviews with former directors of the country's Shin Bet counterintelligence service, set against images from history, often in 3D animations.

In the age of mass media the original concept of the gatekeeper (someone guarding entry to a place) has been expanded to include persons or institutions that control access to information.
