I make experimental film essays, art installations, performances and radio plays. My film "Atlantic Ragagar" is an attempt to listen to seaweed and pollution on the Moroccan Atlantic coast. Most of my work has been funded so far by art and research money; I'm searching therefore for new partners in the film sector: adventurous producers, festival representatives and art curators. What's beyond verbocentrism in cinema? Ambient sound, ecological voices, unsoundscapes, opaque subjects, silent faces, screaming images, what's more?
