Synopsis
Director Vitaly Mansky explores Ukrainian-Russian relations through the eyes of his closest relatives: his mother Victoria, his aunts and their families in Lvov, Odessa, Crimea and Donetsk. Although they are closely related, these relatives represent very different walks of life and perceive the conflict in very different ways. This unique personal approach provides the viewers with the opportunity to gain a profound understanding of the roots of the Ukrainian-Russian crisis.

A portrayal of a town at the very edge of the European Union and of the collective identity of its residents. Čierna nad Tisou, once called the “Golden Gate of Socialism”, turned into a dilapidated picture of the Eastern periphery. The town residents are trying to find a new gateway to the world and their role in the seemingly static environment of the former railway transhipment.

Synopsis
A story of a 42-year-old man who one day decided to leave his family. His low-key journey is filmed 10 years after he has hit the road. His trip is an escape, a way how to avoid a serious decision, a way to get rid of a two kilo tumour on his face which he is unsuccessfully trying to cover with a beard. These escapes represent his way of running away from fear, from unbearable situations, the weather and the daily search for a place to spend the night. But his health keeps reminding him of reality – he is waiting for a surgery, which could have fatal consequences.

Synopsis
Documentary project The Things is about the only and the last Things that Georgian refugees took with them when leaving their homes during the August War between Russia and Georgia in 2008. The movie captures the present relationship between the Things and their owners and the way they shape each other’s new identities. Being exceptional souvenirs from the past, Things have become the only tangible remaining bridge connecting the present and the past. And today, having them in new houses, in the refugee settlement of Khurvaleti, what kind of emotions do they provoke?

Synopsis
One man's dream of bringing a European cow in his picturesque village in Azerbaijan unsettles the conservative community that wants to keep their secular traditions intact. He found out on TV that a European cow can provide up to 40 litres of milk per day, if well taken care of, 4 times more than a local cow. Tapdyq is so bewildered with the cow’s beauty, height and its enormous features that he wants to call it Madonna. Finally, after years of saving money, he will be ready to bring the cow home in the spring. Holy Cow tells a story about dreams, prejudices and the fear of the unknown.

Synopsis
Dariko is a sole journalist and a staple of Jikha TV – a two-man broadcasting station based in a small town. She travels around the town in search of news, quietly unveiling the aspirations of the locals. The film is a mosaic, made of various components, which are united by the TV and the circumstances related to being on the stage. The TV station is now facing major challenge. It has to switch to digital broadcasting. With old equipment and scarce income, the station might be counting its last days. It might also be the last chance for the locals to appear on the TV screen before nationwide broadcasters take over.

Four Passports is a partly animated first-person documentary about emigration, identity, and the recent history of former Yugoslavia told from the director's perspective. From the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia (SFRY) to today's Serbia, from Mihajlo's childhood into his adulthood. This film is a portrait made by a guy about to leave his country, his traveller's suitcase. A story of four passports and one country – a farewell 25 years in the making. A personal journey through Mihajlo's own microcosm of family and friends, present day images, family super 8 archives and animated dreams and memories.

FC Roma is composed mainly of Romani players. Because the minority Roma population is highly unpopular, players of other teams refused to play with the team. Full of gentle humor our movie will portray the story of this football club on the background of one football season.
