synopsis

The filmmaker presents her research in the field of the sexual harassment of women, bringing together the voices of multiple women in an original manner, with individual testimony becoming collective experience. She does not accuse but tries to encourage woman and men to engage in deeper reflection.

biography

Wiecková studied mechanical engineering at Brno University of Technology and at Arts et Métiers ENSAM ParisTech in France. She has had a close relationship to creative work since childhood, when she directed small-scale theatre performances and made short videos. While at university, she began to delve further into the creative world (oil paintings, the book My First Pilgrimage), especially cinema. She made the short film It Doesn’t Matter, participated in the Káznice LIVE project, and did an internship at the Brno-based production company GNOMON after graduation.
