biography

Chu-chen Hsiao was born on April 14, 1972 in Kaohsiung, Taiwan. Chu-chen is a producer and director, known for Yin tzan-tze (2000), The Red Leaf Legend (1999) and Bai Ge Ji Hua: Taiwan Xin Dianying Ershi Nian Huei Gu (2002).
