The Hands
Geta Brătescu / Romania / 1977 / 7 min.
synopsis
In a short miniature, the author concentrates on her own hands as the most natural creative instrument. Zoomed shots on 8 mm film material capture the filmmaker’s hands in the process of creation. Her hands are portrayed not only as the agent of her art expression, but they themselves become an object of art.biography
