Hilarion “Henry” Francia studied economics at Ateneo University in Manila. In the 1960s, he travelled to the United States, where he studied film at New York University. In the 1970s, he returned to the Philippines, where he co-founded the Salaguinto Film Society and helped to create the Los Indios Bravos film movement.more about film
