Regiben O. Romana is a cinematographer, director, and photographer. He received his fine arts degree in 1978 from the University of Santo Tomas in the Philippines and his film degree from the Mowelfund Film Institute. In 1984, he founded the production company Produksyong Matang Araw. His directorial credits from the 1990s include The Hunger (1989), Sugat (1991) and Isang Puting Ulap (1991).more about film
