biographyPhilip Cartelli is an American director and video maker. He is an academic and teacher in film and visual arts at Wagner College in NYC. Multimedia artist Mariangela Ciccarello (* 1983) is originally from Italy and creates videos, sculptures, and installations. In 2014 they founded the filmmaking duo Nusquam.
