It premiered on Nessma TV on Saturday, March 1st, 2025, and the 30-episode show is the result of a collaboration between Nessma TV, French ethnic food brand Samia, and media distributor Ninetnine. Aimed at the North African diaspora in France, the show highlights traditional and contemporary recipes, using a diverse range of ingredients.
