synopsisCzech gay males and lesbians were already advocating for their rights in the First Republic (1918–1938). In 1961, the criminalization of homosexuality was abolished. Following this milestone, however, the issue remained a grey area within the context of progressive European legislation and was never discussed.

biographyKateřina Kořínková Sobotková contributes to the Czech Television series Don't Give Up! (Nedej se!), for which she has also notably shot the documentaries Flower Globalization (Květinová globalizace) and Landscape of Logistics Halls (Krajina logistických hal). She also frequently collaborates with online Czech networks. For Stream TV, she created two series of By the Stall (U stánku) while for Mall TV, she created the series Mama's Working Hard (Máma maká).
