The poetic autumn landscape of the Mikulov region, accompanied by the voice of Jaroslav Satoranský, comes alive with grape harvesting, barrels of maturing wine, and wine tasting. The film, created in collaboration with Moravian Wineries in Mikulov, is accompanied by the stories of winemakers, which convey a deep connection to the place and nature.

biography

Petr Kudela (1936–2023) was a director and screenwriter. He directed Podchod na Václavském náměstí (Underpass on Wenceslas Square, 1968) and the seven-part documentary series, Paláce 1. republiky na nábřeží Vltavy (Palaces of the First Republic on the Banks of the Vltava, 2009).
