synopsis
It is a poetic documentary based on a film essay named A Peculiar Pig written by Wang Xiaobo during the Cultural Revolution. It is about a peculiar pig living in a slaughterhouse can create a sound like train whistle which is the sign for off duty. It ruin the whole production system and one worker give away the secret to the owner of the factory and they kill the pig to keep the system run stably at last. It has a metaphorical meaning for today that an independent candidate wants to join the election and Chinese government use CCTV system to track down the people.biography
Born in 1995, studied digital media technology, in which he holds a degree in China, now studying directing at FAMU International. He works as a screenwriter, director and producer. He lives between Prague and Beijing. He has directed short films and documentaries. His short film also been awarded in Chinese Golden Rooster film festival.more about film
