Cyprus-born Marios Lizides (1981) graduated from Edinburgh University and is now involved mainly in filmmaking, photography and literature. He not only directs his films, but also edits them and composes music. His graduation film,
Wax and Feathers (2018), has received a number of awards and was presented at Ji.hlava IFDF the very same year it premiered.
