synopsis
Pepa, a deaf guy, enjoys being among people with normal hearing. But pieces of information often come to him distorted. Misunderstandings are common, even in interactions with his boyfriend, Jakub. Jakub tries to learn sign language, but his impatience prevents him from really understanding Pepa. How can the both worlds be connected?
biography
The winner of Ondřej Pavelka's Golden Pen, a drama competition organized by A studio Rubín. He has co-written Kadeřnictví, a TV show for internet TV Stream, and Kočka není pes, a docu-reality show for Czech Television. His film Kde to začíná was shortlisted for this year's Nespresso Talents National Competition.
